These are the words that describe this small villa in Principina a Mare, which is only 600 meters from the sea and 200 meters from bars, pizzerie, restaurants (open, above all, in the summer months). You can also do your shopping in Marina di Grosseto (a little more than 5 km from Principina).
It is a two floor small villa immersed in a green garden of Eden, and it is ideal for people who want to spend a relaxing holiday near the sea, far from the hectic life of working days. It has two entrances: one for people and one for vehicles (but you can park your car - if you want - also along the narrow street bordering the villa). Once you go through the gate, you get into a beautiful garden full of oleanders and pine trees. A few steps lead to the veranda, where there is a dining table, and where you can have your meals in the open air.

From the veranda you go straight into the living room, through a glass door. A small and cosy dining room, with a table, a double sofa bed and a sideboard, is to be found before the kitchenette, a bathroom (with no tub and/or shower) and the closet.
From the living room, by walking up a wooden staircase, you get to the night area where there are three bedrooms (two bedrooms are large while the other has got a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a small tub that can also be used as a shower.
The washing machine is in the small terrace next to the kitchenette. The place has got central heating, which will allows you to use the "villetta" even when the temperature is low.
Villetta Arcobaleno is really the ideal place where to spend a holiday next to the sea.
