Il Podere San Luigi in Stertignano is located in the comune Campagnatico,
province Grosseto. The seaside is at 20 km.
The narrow road that leads to Podere San Luigi winds among lawns and fields in an uncontaminated countryside. This house is ideal for those who seek a quiet and relaxing place. In fact, it stands alone on a hill and has a charming view on the Tuscan countryside. There is a beautiful olive grove next to the house. The Podere San Luigi is divided into two large flats, each with its own garden where you can also park your car.

At the back of the house, in the middle of a green lawn, there is a pool (5 x 10 m.). It can be used by all guests and can be reached through a gate from both flats. There is also a ping-pong table in an old store room next to the pool. This can be used by all guests too.
An internal staircase leads to this flat which is on the upper floor. First you arrive into the hall with a fireplace and a dining room. From here you go to a wide, covered terrace; its three sides are closed by little walls, so you can sit here whatever the weather is. The table, the chairs and the deck chairs are ready for you.
On the other side of the stairs there is the wide kitchen and from the kitchen a covered terrace is reachable. On the left side there are the three bedrooms, each for two people, and the two bathrooms, one of them with a shower, the other one with a bath.
Lower, there is a fourth double bed room. If you want to rent this room, you only pay 35 € extra for the cleaning.

Ground floor : La Menta
This flat is on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms, each for two people, a bathroom and a nice living room with a sofa bed, SAT TV, a dining area and cooking facilities. From one of the two bedrooms you can get to an open area which has garden furniture and where you can sit and relax. You can ask for a cot to be put in one of the bedrooms but, in such a case, it wont be possible to use the sofa bed, as the law allows this flat to host five people only.
