From Granaione, a small village 20 km. from Grosseto, a small road brings you, between the Tuscan hills with vineyards and olive-trees, to the Podere San Rocco. The road finishes at the fattoria, which is close to the house. A perfect place for stressed people.

There are 3 apartements. In the large garden each apartment has its own private space.
You can rent the whole house or one of the apartements.

This apartment is at the ground floor. The living room has a large chimney. There is a furnace to make pizza pie. Il Camino is an ideal apartment for people who love to cook. There is a satellite television. The large terrace is covered and transformed into a porticus.
When you enter the apartment, the kitchen with a washing machine is on your left, on the right are two bedrooms, each one for 2 people, and the bathroom.

An external staircase brings you on the first floor. You enter the living room, which is divided into two: there is kitchen and dining room, on the other side there is the zone relax, there is a chimney and a satellite television. You have a beautiful panorama.
Then there are 4 bedrooms to sleep, each one for 2 people, and a bathroom. If you want it, the ownercab add an extra bed for an adult or a bed for children.
There is a washing machine. In the large garden our customers have their private space.

In this apartment
there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with a single, but it there enough
space to put a second one. There is a bathroom, with washing machine. In the
living room you will find the kitchen.
In the garden (private space), there is a barbecue. The large terrace is covered
and transformed into a porticus.
It ya a common swimming pool for the 3 apartments (diameter of 8 m.) The sea is at 30 km.
The owners are your neighbors, they are nice people, who respect your private life. You can buy wine or olive oil.

Rate does not include final cleaning, electricity.
You can order bed linen (5 € by person), or bed linen and towels (8 € by person).
When you book, you pay 30%, the balance has to be paid at your arrival.
