The narrow road that leads you here winds up among vineyards, olive groves
and meadows with flocks of grazing sheep. Madrechiesa stands on the solitary
hilly countryside not far from Grosseto, in Arcille.
Your perfect holiday starts as soon as you get there : no stress at all, only
nature and total relaxation!
The house is divided into two parts that are separated by a garden which is fenced on its three sides. The owners live in the right flat. The left flat is called Eva, the right flat Sara.

Both flats are equipped with satellite TV and guests can use a common spare room with a washing machine.
At Madrechiesa, far away from the modern world, in close contact with a beautifully preserved natural scenery, you will be able to forget your routine and worries and live a perfect relaxing holiday!

This flat has a comfortable living room with kitchen facilities, a dishwasher, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms : a double one with a bathroom and one with twin beds (you can get to the bathroom only through the double bedroom door).
Outside there is a beautiful terrace surrounded by a wall and from which you can enjoy a unique view on the Tuscan hills around. There are deck chairs under a beautiful willow tree under which you can relax, sleep and dream. There is a very old oak tree and a group of cypress trees with a big barbecue and a well. On the other side there is a circular area to dance and, on a wall of the house, there is a music loudspeaker.

Behind the summer kitchen, next to the pool, you can see the flat with an independent entrance. There are two bedrooms here, a double one and one with twin beds. There is also a bathroom and a living room with a fireplace, cooking facilities and a dining area. This room, through a French door, leads you to a beautiful terrace.
There is an air conditioning.

Prices are in Euro. The apartments are rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Rate does not include final cleaning, electricity.
You can order bed linen (5 € by person), or bed linen and towels (8 € by person).
When you book, you pay 30%, the balance has to be paid at your arrival.
