Le Pergole is in Batignano, at 9 km. from Grosseto.
Le Pergole has a comfortable and beautiful living room with a fireplace, a double sofa bed, a dining area and French windows along the walls. The kitchenette is separated from the main area by an arch wall. The double bedroom has only a small window but a mosquito net, so it can be left open if you want. From the bedroom, you get into the small bathroom with a shower. The bathroom has a door that opens into the garden. This is very useful in the summer.
The garden is a real Eden! From the terrace you can see the swimming pool, which has a children area. There is a stone barbecue next to the terrace.
Everything is there for an ideal holiday. There is also a parking area in the park.
The owners and
their daughter live in the back flat. The two flats are totally separated.
The owners too have a splendid garden and sometimes use the swimming pool.

Rate does not include final cleaning, electricity.
You can order bed linen (5 € by person), or bed linen and towels (8 € by person).
When you book, you pay 30%, the balance has to be paid at your arrival.
