Capalbio is a quiet small Medieval town on the hills, not far from the sea, and is surrounded by a well preserved medieval wall. The Collacchioni castle, whose owners ruled the place for a long time, hosted even composer Giacomo Puccini several times! The Parco Nazionale della Maremma is very close. Visit the website: http://www.parks.it/parco.maremma. La loggia is a ideal place to stay for nature lovers.
Capalbio is a sort of secret retreat for Tuscany lovers. The road leading to the town winds up from the seaside. Just before getting to Capalbio, along this road, you can see a small and refined residential unit which is mostly used by its owners. There, some friends of ours rent a very beautiful flat with an independent entrance.
This flat has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a loggia, that gives the name to the place. It also has a nice living room and a modern kitchen. The flat is equipped with gas heating. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view on the sea. The large swimming pool, amid the green meadows, is open from June to September. The flat has its own parking area.
Dog are not allowed.

Prices are in Euro. The apartments are rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Rate does not include final cleaning, electricity.
You can order bed linen (5 € by person), or bed linen and towels (8 € by person).
When you book, you pay 30%, the balance has to be paid at your arrival.
