La Guardiola (Maremma)

The old casale is in the centre of an area of 70 ha. In certain periods of the year you can attend to the harvesting the cereals.

Grosseto is at 6 km., the sea at 12 km.

The way to the house, is typically Tuscan: a sinuous land route, surrounded by cypresses crosses hills and valleys.

If the sea was not at 15 km, you would imagine yourself in the Chianti.

Most amazing of these casale is the panorama: both from the rooms and from the swimming pool (4,8 x 11m): you can admire the typical Tuscan hills, but also the city Grosseto, Castiglione della Pescaia and the sea.

Not far from the house there is a large warehouse: you can use it if you want to eat outside, there are benches and a table.

The house in nature stone exists in fact from two houses, which are let as an one house.

You find all modern comfort: washing machine, dishwasher and satellite-tv.

The garden is fenced and measures 6,000 m².

Animals are wellcome. But please do not leave them behind in the house.

The only person who you will see during your stay is the keeper who comes to clean the swimming pool every 2 days.

You have no neighbours.

You can use the swimming pool from May to September.

Panorama and quiet: these are the two words which characterise these splendid casale.
