Il Crocino is a holiday house set in a beautiful and well tended area (Preselle, on the way to Scansano, an important city for the production of the Vino del Morellino).
The house is divided into two separate flats, one in the East, the other in the South. It is only 25 km from the sea and 40 km from the thermal water springs of Saturnia. We recommend Il Crocino for a nice, relaxing holiday.
Both apartements have their own entrance and private garden: your privacy is guaranteed.
Il Crocino Franca (4+1)
In front of the apartment there is a nice veranda where you can sit and relax. From there, you get into the house, right into the living room, where there is a sofa-bed for 1 person. Next to it, there is the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. On the other side of the flat, there are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed which can easily turned into a double one. Next to the bedrooms there is a bathroom. The garden is fenced, which makes it safer for children and animals. The garden is furnished with garden furniture, deck chairs and and a barbecue.

Il Crocino Giovanni (2+2)
In front of the apartment there is a nice veranda where you can sit and relax. From there, you get into the house, right into the living room, where there is a sofa-bed for 2 persons. The living om has a chimney. Next to it, there is the kitchen equipped with a furnace for pizzas. On the other side of the flat is the bedroom with a double bed. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom.
The garden is fenced, which makes it safer for children and animals. The garden is furnished with garden furniture and deck chairs.

rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Rate does not include final cleaning, electricity.
You can order bed linen (5 € by person), or bed linen and towels (8 € by person).
When you book, you pay 30%, the balance has to be paid at your arrival.
