FRAPOGGI
The Falconi "fattoria" (farm) is only 10 km from Grosseto and 15 km from the sea, on a hill, between old and beautiful olive trees, a paradise. Here you can choose one of three houses, quite different but with a common characteristic - they are all harmonious. The landlords, Elino and Laura, are nice and open, create a perfect atmosphere for their guests. The grass is mowed while the guests are out for a trip; the swimming pool is cleaned while the guests are still sleeping.

It is a dream house for your holidays. It is next to Il Frantoio from
which it is separated by a wall and a flower bed. That guarantees a high degree
of privacy. The main entrance is at the back. From there, by climbing a tuff
staircase, you get from the parking area to the fenced garden.
The living room has cooking facilities and an oven, a fridge (with a freezer) a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large table and a sofa. From the living room you get to the wooden beamed porch, through a French window. You can enjoy a wonderful view from there, over the swimming pool below and over the town of Grosseto.

The night area is separated from the living room by a door. In this part of the house there are two bathrooms with a shower, and three bedrooms : two of which have got a double bed and one has got twin beds. In case of need, and by paying a little extra charge, one more bed can be added.
All the furniture
has been chosen with good taste and that makes the place comfy and relaxing.

Prices are in Euro. The apartments are rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Rate does not include final cleaning, electricity.
Extra be: 75 €.
You can order bed linen (5 € by person), or bed linen and towels (8 € by person).
When you book, you pay 30%, the balance has to be paid at your arrival.
