Cerri Alti is located in dream place, with the sea nearby and easily reachable. Yet, you can find the peace and solitude you need when you are looking for a relaxing holiday! From the garden and terrace you can enjoy a beautiful panorama on the Tuscan hills. The view stretches as far as the sea.
From the terrace you enter the living room with satellite television and chimney. A wall, with a pizza furnace, separates the living room from the kitchen and the dining room. The large living room has got a double curtain behind the sofa. The area behind the curtain can be used as another bedroom as there are two twin beds.
A corridor leads you to the 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 individual beds) and to the 2 bathrooms.
The garden is a small paradise: there is a barbecue, a shower and a swimming pool of 6 X 12 meters, garden furniture,a parking area and lots of beautiful flowers. The swimming pool can be used by the owner, but this very rarely happens as he is very busy with his farm work. The owner has his own private garden, so guests are never disturbed. The owner's family is really friendly. They try their best to make guest feel at home!

Prices are in Euro. The apartments are rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Rate does not include final cleaning, electricity.
You can order bed linen (5 € by person), or bed linen and towels (8 € by person).
When you book, you pay 30%, the balance has to be paid at your arrival.
