This house is on a plain about 10 km from the sea with a beautiful view on the nearby hills. It is about 190 square metres and has got quite a large fenced piece of land around it. It has three bedrooms with double beds and a fourth with a double bed and two bunks. There is a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, a small dining room and a large beautiful kitchen. Two extra childrens beds can also be made available. The windows have fly screens.

Outside is a parking space in the shade in the garden, a B-B-Q, some garden furniture, a hot and cold shower, and a 12x6 metre swimming pool. There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment in a store room next to the swimming pool.
The owners sometimes visit a smaller house on site for the week end. Guests should not worry about this as they never disturb anyone.
The swimming pool and nearby sea (10km) make this house the ideal place for a beautiful holiday.

Coast Although there is a wide coastal plain the Tuscan hills are never actually that far away. The coast is defined by wide, cool pine woods. There are many popular seaside towns and villages, from North to South: Follonica, Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Principina, Alberese, down to the peninsular of Monte Argentario.

Between the Ombrone Delta near Grosseto and Talamone in the south is the Maremma Nature Park, the most beautiful nature reserve in Tuscany, and the winter home for a multitude of bird species. This is also the grazing territory of the wild horses and white Maremma cattle, with their giant horns. You can drive through the park to the beaches of Marina di Alberese, miles of natural sand beaches stretching from the mouth of the Ombrone River southwards. There are also good hiking trails across the park. Prices are in Euro. The apartments are rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Bed linen and towels are included.
When you book, you pay 30%, the balance has to be paid at your arrival.
