Capanna Rossa (Grosseto)

Podere Capanna Rossa is 10 km. from Grosseto, isolated in the Tuscan landscape. This house awaits our guests at the end of a small country road, which finishes there. The podere was built in local Tuscan stone and was restored in 2001.

There is a swimming pool of 7 x 14 m.

The house is divided into 2 parts. Each apartment has an independent entry. The names of the apartments are derived from the 2 stars which you can see at night, when you sit on the terrace.

Each apartment has a washing machine, satellite television and a barbecue. Between the 2 apartments, there is a door. If the apartments are occupied by 2 families, who know each other, this door can be opened.

The large terrace is divided into 2; each family has its own space. Since il Podere is in dominant position, you have a beautiful panorama on Grosseto.

In Capanna Rossa you can spend the ideal holidays, in the silence of the countryside, yet you are close to the sea and Grosseto.

Sirio (on the right)

You enter the dining room and kitchen, then there is the living room, where there is sofa bed. There are also two double bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom. But there is also another bathroom. The harmony of the flat is enhanced by the wood beam ceilings and the stone floors that are typical fort this part of Tuscany.

Venere (on the left)

Same distribution as Sirio, but there is a staircase which goes to the first floor, which is closed.
