This elegant apartment is on the first floor. The large terrace is surrounded by a park of typical pines of the Maremma. Your neighbors are the crickets, the birds and the flowers.
There is a double bedroom, another bedroom with 2 individual beds, a bathroom with a washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa bed for a fifth person.
The beach is at 700 m.

This apartment is in the middle of the pine forest of Principina a Mare. It is a part of a large house, but it has the independent entry. The covered terrace and the garden are independent.
The apartment is ideal for a family with children, dogs are allowed. The balcony is surrounded by the typical pines of the Maremma.
There is a double bedroom, another bedroom with 2 individual beds, a bathroom with a washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa bed for a fifth and sixth person.
The beach is to 700 m.
