Part of a rural house in the countryside between Montespertoli and Florence. To live in the nature in its totality among vineyards and olive groves, surrounded by ancient pines to spend the hot Italian summer  in the freshness of the garden.

Villa Serena is a semi detached house , an ancient farm of the XVth century, located in the hills which surround the village of Montespertoli, renowned wine town. When you stroll around in the Tuscan countryside, sometimes you see, hidden by a little bush of pines or cypress trees, a yellow painted rural house, standing alone, which rises from the green of the grape vine rows and the grey of the olive groves. Villa Serena is one of those.

A narrow street which starts from Montespertoli, leads to this rural house which the owner has recently  refurbished, in order to make it more comfortable for the clients. The street leads until Ginestra Fiorentina, a village down in the valley from which you can quickly reach Florence.

A wide garden, characterized by ancient pine trees, which offer a  pleasant oasis from the hot summer, surround the property . Overlooking a hillside, covered by grape vine rows, there is a swimming pool (6x12 m.), equipped with parasol and chairs for a full relax.
 
The closest village is Montespertoli (3 km.), where you can find all kind of shops, a supermarket, a bank and a pharmacy. Florence is at about 25 Km , Pisa at 50Km and Siena at 60 Km.

The house is part of an ancient farm and built in two levels.

On the outside of the villa there is a wide terrace which is part of the garden and it is characterized by an exclusive iron gazebo, nicely furnished for a good outdoor dinner.

The furniture, typical of the country houses of the 19th, is simple and useful, it has all comfort for a pleasant stay in Tuscany.

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and TV, dining room, an equipped kitchen (4 ring hob, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with an exit on the terrace  and a bathroom with WC.

On the first floor there is a small living room, two double rooms, 2 rooms with single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, two bathrooms with shower and another double room with private bathroom and shower.

In the garden there is a parking space.
