Rural house with a typical tuscan taste in a dominant and hidden position, with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills.

In the inside of a wide property with a production of wine, olive oil and other biological products ( honey and jams), at the end of a country street of around 800 mt, which connects the villages Reggello and Pian di Scò,  you can find some rural houses among which Villa Aurora, which is in a dominant position with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills of Arno river.

This rural house is ideal for families with children because they can enjoy their games in an open place (garden) with safety and freedom. This rural house with a typical tuscan taste has a big fireplace in the living room, terra cotta floor and ceiling with large timbers.

You can reach the terrace from the living room: it is possibile to take your meals there. This balcony offers a beautiful view on the Tuscan countryside with its olive hills, vineyards and woods and oaks which are characteristic for these areas.

At 6 km are Reggello and Pian di Scò with all sort of shops, bank, chemist  and supermarket. Florence is at about  35km and Arezzo at 40km.

In the surrondings there is also a possibility of horseback riding.

In the panoramic and beautiful garden of this property there are a table and some chairs to enjoy the shadow of the trees; the equipped swimmingpool of 12 x 6 m ( open from May to September) is in a surrounding zone a little above the house, with covered outside spaces and a a barbecue.

The house is 180 m2 and has two levels:

The ground floor is accessibile from a little stair of 6  steps and is composed of a living room with a big fireplace , a double sofa bed and an exit on the terrace , a kitchen corner equipped with  4 ring hobs, 2 electric hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.

At the first floor there are 2 big double rooms, one room with 2 single beds, one bathroom with  bathtub and another one with the shower.
